Roles

For data you upload about your own customers (such as contacts and review or quote recipients), you are the data controller and RatingNova acts as a data processor that processes the data only on your instructions.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices to protect personal data.

Consent and messaging compliance

You are responsible for obtaining any required consent before sending messages to your contacts, including honoring opt-outs and following applicable messaging and review-platform policies.

Data subject requests and deletion

On request, we will help you access, correct, or delete personal data, and we delete or return customer data after termination in line with our standard retention schedule.
